Retired Master Scuba Instructor/Owner-Operator Dive Charters/Enviro-Tours (1983-2002)
President and Founder of Coral Reef Foundation (1990-1995) Prior to Federal protection, CRF was an Upper Keys non-profit organization which implemented the first 24 mooring buoys on dive sites from Pickles Reef to Alligator Alley with Moorings International Biologist and system design contributed by John Halas and NOAA / Cheeca Rocks with Jean-Micheal Cousteau
