Please briefly describe your "forte"... your mini bio... you area of expertise and abilities that you will contribute to our Florida Keys, "Conch Community", e.g., activist, boat captain, carpenter, ecologist, educator, electrician, fisherman, fund raising, organizer, photographer, scientist, scuba diver, solar/wind energy, etc. (place all derogatory comments in recycle bin for composting)
Retired Master Scuba Instructor/Owner-Operator Dive Charters/Enviro-Tours (1983-2002)
President and Founder of Coral Reef Foundation (1990-1995) Prior to Federal protection, CRF was an Upper Keys non-profit organization which implemented the first 24 mooring buoys on dive sites from Pickles Reef to Alligator Alley with Moorings International Biologist and system design contributed by John Halas and NOAA / Cheeca Rocks with Jean-Micheal Cousteau
First State water buoys on Hens and Chickens and the historical wreckage of the "El Enfante".
Fundraising events organizer along with Capt. John Van Vorst, Snapper's Restaurant and Marina Howard Kolbenheir and John Munshower
Volunteers from over 18 of the local dive operators help maintain and sponsor various locations of the buoy sites
Aquarius Habitat Moorings / Educational Tours of the underwater Habitat and research projects
